Following our HACCP plan along with the constant inspection of our Quality Control department and our AGRICORP inspectors; we ensure that only fresh ingredients from our approved suppliers are delivered for daily egg breaking process.

We immediately register in our system an ID tag for future tracking of our incoming materials.

Ingredients are stored in our coolers for further processing activities. All receiving, breaking, pasteurizing, packing and shipping activities are under supervision of our Quality Control experts.  This ensures that all processes and products are in compliance with our specifications and HACCP plan.

Our ingredients are transferred from the cooler to the production area where eggs are washed, sanitized, broken and stored as liquid egg products. Next our egg products are  mixed (if required) and pasteurized under very stringent standards. We pack them in a variety of easy-to-use containers.  Ranging from CAPS, PROMEN and STAINLESS STEEL 907 kg totes; to our 20 kg Bag in a BOX and 18kg PAIL options.

All finished products are analyzed and approved by the QC department to ensure our specifications are met. Products are recorded in our daily production database for future tracking. Final egg products are stored in our finished products cooler or freezer; where we have an efficient and hygienic space for future shipping preparation.

We understand how important deadlines are for our customers and we meet their need as if they were ours. Products are distributed on time by our well-mannered drivers in our approved and daily maintained refrigerated trucks.
